IPCL applied in excess of 32000m2 of intumescent coatings to this 215,000 sq ft production facility. A very demanding site programme resulted in our works being undertaken alongside the installation of plant and machinery. Specialist access and encapsulation were required in addition to flexible working to complete our works.

  

As direct result of our performance on site additional works packages for the fire stopping and air sealing were negotiated with the site team.
