Following the successful completion of remedial works to 70,000m2 of off-site intumescent coatings, IPCL were asked to carry out decorative painting works to eight scenic lifts and two feature staircases on this forty six storey office block. IPCL had to undertake the works outside of normal working hours in order to utilise the lift cars from which to gain access to a large percentage of the steelwork.

  

Careful co-ordination with following trades and a pro-active approach to the challenges on the project ensured that the desired standard of finish was achieved on time and within budget.
