Working on one of Europe’s tallest and most iconic buildings, we had to liaise and integrate with a number of other sub-contractors, utilising a wide range of specialist access equipment in order to complete our contract works.

 

We adhered to a very demanding construction programme undertaking site remedial works to 62,000m2 of “off-site” applied intumescent coatings as well as decorative site painting works. The spire steelwork was programmed for works throughout the winter months, so monitoring of climatic conditions was vital to ensure coatings were applied within the constraints specified by the material supplier.
